OUR WINES
At our winery, red wine is more than a craft — it’s a passion. We focus exclusively on bold, expressive reds, with Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinotage flourishing in our unique sandy soils. Each grape is hand-selected from our own estate vineyards, ensuring that only the finest fruit makes its way into our wines.
Every vintage is matured in oak barrels for 12 to 24 months, allowing the wines to develop their full character and complexity. With a small-batch production of around 12,000 cases per year, we’re able to give every bottle the care and attention it deserves.
Foliage management plays a vital role in our vineyard practices. The sandy soil reflects sunlight onto the grapes, and to avoid overexposure — which can lead to higher alcohol levels — our team is careful not to remove too much foliage. The result? Balanced, elegant wines that truly reflect our terroir.
