SHIRAZ 2005The wine has a deep ruby red colour, with dark fruit, spice and a touch of pepper on the nose. The palate is juicy with lots of fruit & spice perfectly integrated with the wood flavours. Great balance and mature tannins gives a long elegant smooth finish. Made from the best blocks on our farm. After fermentation, it was matured in small French oak barrels (45% new) for a period of 18 months before being bottled in March 2007.
